Detective Mac Taylor is the Director of the NYPD Crime Lab and the Supervisor of the NYPD CSI team. He's a tough and experienced cop who's seen it all, but he still cares deeply about his job and his team. Mac is a great detective and a natural leader, and he's always willing to go the extra mile to solve a case. He's also a good friend and mentor to his team, and he always has their backs.
